November 2022 Levens Community Project update
The last remaining self-build plot at Cotes, Levens is on the market at £175,000. This is plot number 1, which is the northernmost plot nearest to Wayside Cottage with a deceptively large area of land stretching up to the east.
This is the very last of all the Levens plots of land being sold to fund Levens Community Project and build our new village hall and seven affordable homes for local families.
Plot 2 at Cotes has already started construction with plot 3 to start very soon.
